    Ordering Guideline

    Orders can be placed through our website, by email, fax, post or telephone. In order to avoid communication errors, we strongly recommend that orders be placed in writing via our website, email or fax. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders , however, we accept no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal miscommunication.

    We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Orders are processed the same day they are received , We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been processed, any materialistic changes will be treated as a new order.

    International orders will need to be confirmed over Phone/ by physical Letter before the order is processed, payment is charged, and dispatch is made. The order will be held until the customer advises the final confirmation.

    Due to the volatile nature of the essential oil market, price commitment is made on the placement of order only. We endeavor to ensure accurate pricing on both our catalogue & website. We will do our best to notify our customers of discrepancies due to changes in prices.

    Whilst we do not impose minimum order quantities, ordering items in bulk can result in substantial savings.

    If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Rakesh Aroma will be more than happy to cover the cost of freight in resending the goods as soon as possible. Please note items are not backordered and need to be re-ordered at the time they become available.

    We offer same day Pick Ups. Please provide a few hours notice before the time of collection so that your order can be invoiced, picked, packed and ready for pick up at the time of your arrival. Pick Up hours are between 11.00 am to 6.00pm

    In any Foreign Transaction ,if any Legal Dispute arises ,that will be settled according to the Law of INDIA & strictly as per FIMA/RBI Guideline.


    Payment Method

    All Orders must be Paid in Advance of Shipping.
    For new customers who prefer not to pay by credit or debit card the 1st three orders must be Certified CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER. We do not accept prepaid orders with CHEQUE by mail. Net 30 day credit account on approved credit .We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
    We accept bank wire transfers. (There is a $30.00 bank surcharge for transfers of Total Value below US$ 1000.00.

    Customer’s may choose any option:-

    • INR (For Domestic Buyer)
    • US$ / EURO / GBP (For Foreign Buyer)

    PRICING & TAXES

    • Shipping Handling Charges will be Extra.
    • Discounts Offered for Bulk Orders.
    • The prices enlisted here are subject to change and you can ask for firm prices indicated on packaging of the product.
    • The Minimum Order Value is US $ 100.
    • All prices are quoted in US$ Dollars. Prices quoted in our website include GST.
    • All prices are quoted ex-works and do not include shipping & transportation costs. A RAKESH AROMA representative will get in contact with you shortly after placing your order to advise the freight charges that apply to your order. Freight charges vary depending on the 3 rd party courier and the volume and weight of your order. If you do not need confirmation please type "DON'T NEED CONFIRMATION" in the comments field provided below.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the time of order placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
    • Orders left on "Wait" status or unconfirmed beyond 7 days will be automatically deleted from our system save and except International Orders which will remain in the system for 14 days.
    • Pick Up orders must be collected within 7 days or they will be returned to warehouse inventory. Because our orders are processed so quickly, orders cancelled after they have been filled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season, but in most cases the order will have undergone processing in less than three hours.

    RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    • We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. At Rakesh Sandal Industries, We strive to give you the very best Shopping Experience possible.
    • RAKESH SANDAL INDUSTRIES does not accept returns for all the products.
    • RAKESH SANDAL INDUSTRIES is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
    • If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    • Our default Shipping agents are FEDEX,DHL ,BLUE DART & UPS COURIER and which is why we Ship our Essential Oils Globally.
    • Rakesh Sandal Industries offers the lowest shipping rates to its customers across the globe due to our large shipping volumes. However, for orders under US$ 50.00, we charge an additional US$ 15.00 as small package shipping, processing and administrative charges.
    • Rakesh Sandal Industries takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delays that may occur during shipping. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required this Additional Insurance Charges will be payable extra. Without notification we ship products without insurance.
    • Alternative shipping method are available on request, however we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. This includes the following:
      • Customers using their own shipping account
      • Customers using their own courier
      • Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping.
    • Should a customer decide to handle their own shipping arrangements, we require that a WAIVER be signed. This ensures that we aren't held accountable for any shipping issue outside of our control; similarly, in the event that we receive a shipping related invoice under these conditions, it will authorize us to process the customer's credit card.
    • DELIVERY TIME: All our Orders Shipped via DHL/FEDEX/BLUE DART/UPS will be dispatched within 15-20 Days after receipt of payment.
    • ANY DELAY: Legal Matter, Custom Clearance, Unavoidable Circumstances.

    Rakesh Sandal Industries takes no responsibility for any delays that may occur during Transit.
    Please note that in all instances where payment is required, a copy of the invoice will be forwarded with receipt for payment.
